This paper is a guide for mobile network operators and application service providers on the set up and configurations of key LTE-M features and spectrum bands. It is intended as an aid in the deployment of LTE-M networks globally, to ensure smooth interoperability and roaming. There are less optional features for the deployment of LTE-M in comparision to NB-IoT, and therefore a separate guide has been produced.
